I have completed my Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh, where my research focused on suicidal behaviors among university students, specifically exploring the mediating roles of mental well-being and resilience. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same university, with a thesis on the impact of emotional intelligence on academic performance.

As a Research Assistant in the Health Research Group and the Institute of Natural Resources Research and Development, I gained significant research experience, contributing to several publications on mental health, emotional intelligence, and gender differences. Additionally, I was involved in teaching and mentoring undergraduate students, guiding them in research and manuscript preparation.

I have practical experience as a psychologist at Model Addiction & Psychiatry Care and the National Institute of Mental Health in Dhaka, where I assisted with psychological assessments and counseling.

My research interests include mental health, and public health such as substance use, anxiety, depression, brakfast skipping, asthma loneliness, emotional intelligence, and social behavior. I am proficient in research software such as SPSS, NVivo, and Mendeley and have contributed to multiple peer-reviewed journals. I have also presented my research at various conferences and seminars, focusing on topics like mental health.
