Shahidul Islam is a master's thesis student at the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Noakhali Science and Technology University. He also completed his undergrade from the same department and same University. Currently he is doing his thesis on ‘‘Effect of temperature on antioxidant activity of Ilex Aquifoilum ethanol extract’’.

During his undergrad, he completed two projects and training on ”Industrial process unit operation & process control technique”. He acquired Industrial knowledge by ‘In Plant Training’ on quality control, quality assurance, product development, and production of different pharmaceutical products at ACI Pharmaceutics. He also acquired knowledge about research by undergrad project.

Shahidul Islam is actively involved with various Organization and club, contributing to social and cultural. He is the president of 'Chemiphilic' a science club of Noakhali Science and Technology University. In addition, he is focus-oriented, motivated, and a good learner and social, fond of traveling and learning.
