I am Shafi Hossain, current Coordinator of the Research and Development Unit Science School (Session: 2024-2025) and a former Director of the Career Development Unit (Session: 2023-2024), a student at North South University. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), majoring in Human Resource Management and International Business. Presently, I am exploring career prospects. I reckon my qualifications have shaped and enabled me to contribute immediate value to an organization.

In university, I am consciously sharpening my skills as I am majoring in Human Resource Management and International Business, which is related to managing people and getting the best outcome from them by keeping everything balanced. I was one of the Sub-Executive Members of the Marketing and International Business Club of North South University. I was also a Senior Member of North South University Ethics and Diversity Club. Moreover, I am also a part of AIESEC in Bangladesh as Manager of Talent Management. Furthermore, I work as the Director of the Career Development Unit at UniV.

In addition, I am also working as a Junior Associate at the Youth School for Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE). I work with about 500 members in these organizations. Also, this helps me to find new, innovative ways of developing and managing people. I had to communicate with many people to handle these organization-related tasks, which helped me sharpen my communication skills.

Additionally, my academic experiences with multiple modalities in assignments, reports, presentations, and group work have served me well in developing my problem-solving, leadership, analytics, and critical thinking skills. I work meticulously to use clear and concise communication to interact professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and subordinates. I also have computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Applying for this position has a positive and thorough impact and energizes me to achieve results quickly. It also helps me to enhance the skills I have earned through my academics and extracurricular activities.
