Tuba is a passionate graduate of Political Science from Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), where she successfully completed both her Bachelor (BSS) and Master (MSS) degrees with commendable academic records. Her undergraduate and postgraduate journeys reflect her commitment to political thought, governance, and social impact.

She passed her Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination in 2016 from Barishal Government Women’s College and Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 2014 from Galachipa Girls’ Secondary School under the Barishal Board. Throughout her academic life, she demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills that complemented her theoretical understanding of politics and society.
Her research interests include gender and governance, political theory, youth empowerment, sustainable development, human rights, and social justice. She is especially passionate about exploring how political structures impact marginalized communities and how young people can be catalysts for inclusive change.

She has actively participated in various extracurricular and research-based activities. As an executive member of the NSTU Debating Society and a delegate at the NSTU Model United Nations, she has honed her skills in public speaking, negotiation, and critical analysis.
She served as an associate member and teacher at Luminary, NSTU, where she mentored junior students, arranged workshops, and led sessions on language and debate.
Her role also involved academic planning and organizing leadership development activities.

In addition to her academic and leadership engagements, she has contributed to various social initiatives, volunteering in awareness programs and cultural campaigns both on and off campus. She is a strong advocate for education, gender equality, and youth participation in nation-building.

With her academic background and more than four years of experience in organizational activities, she has developed strong competencies in public communication, project planning, research assistance, content writing, and educational leadership.

A proud Bangladeshi, she aims to build a career in research, policy development, education, or any platform that allows her to work on social transformation, justice, and empowerment. She is enthusiastic about mentoring, collaborative research, and working in dynamic environments that value critical thinking and creativity.
