Jahirul Islam is an undergraduate student in the Economics and Banking Department at the International Islamic University Chittagong, Bangladesh. He successfully completed his College level from Cumilla Education Broad, Bangladesh.

He is working on research in Economics. He is a Research Intern at UniV—Competence beyond the box. UniV, an international mentoring assistance platform, provides proactive and progressive holistic education to cultivate individuals. He was a Research Intern at UniV Intern 2024 and received the Best Intern Award.

Additionally, he had a Finance Secretary and a couple of times Outreach Secretary at IIUC EB CLUB in several committees.
