Mya Cho Khen is from Barishal, Bangladesh, and is a fourth-year MBBS student at Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College. She's passionate about public health and aims to improve the healthcare system through research. Khen also leads efforts to assist thalassemia sufferers as the Medicine Club's Thalassemia Project Head at her college.

Her prior experience as a Research Assistant at the School of Research allowed her to hone her research methodology and data analysis skills. She has also proven her leadership abilities while serving as the Bangladesh Medical Student Society's Local Committee Officer.

She has attended several conferences and seminars and organized workshops. Her commitment to public health research and community service motivates her goal to enhance healthcare and sociodemographic situations in her neighborhood and worldwide.
